Between crystal-clear waters and pale sand, through August 14, DaV Costa Smeralda Da Vittorio makes its debut in Romazzino with a casual dining experience that celebrates the sea, the region, and conviviality.
DaV Costa Smeralda Da VittorioLed by chef Davide Galbiati, head of culinary development for DaV restaurants, the menu emphasizes top-quality raw materials and seasonal ingredients, reinterpreting Sardinian tradition with a contemporary flair. Alongside local flavours, the menu features some of the Cerea family’s signature dishes, from the celebrated Pacchero alla Vittorio to seafood risotto, and the ‘elefantino’, a smaller version of the famous elephant ear cutlet.
