Porto Cervo, new places to discover in the summer of 2026
Langosteria, Paper Moon, and African Queen are bringing new culinary and lifestyle experiences to Sardinia
Porto Cervo is gearing up for a new season dedicated to exceptional hospitality. For the summer of 2026, Porto Cervo will welcome new leaders in the international restaurant scene, reaffirming its status as one of the Mediterranean’s most exclusive destinations.
Among the most anticipated openings are Langosteria, Paper Moon, and African Queen—three new venues that combine haute cuisine, design, and lifestyle, further enriching the offerings of the Gallura region.
Langosteria Makes Its Debut in Sardinia
After Milan, Paraggi, Paris, and St. Moritz, Langosteria arrives in Sardinia for the first time, choosing one of Porto Cervo’s most iconic locations: Porto Vecchio, where the famous restaurant Il Pescatore opened in 1960. The new venue will be Porto Cervo’s pieds dans l’eau restaurant, featuring two seaside terraces connected by a walkway and 160 outdoor seats. The first terrace will also house Langosteria Ally’s Bar, the group’s cocktail bar. To make the experience even more exclusive, guests can access the restaurant by sea via a private pier and a dedicated tender service. The menu will combine the brand’s great classics, such as the King Crab Special Edition 2007 and the Breton Lobster “Spicy Blue”, with dishes inspired by Sardinian cuisine, such as Culurgiones with scampi and Cabras bottarga and Golfo Aranci sea bream.

Paper Moon, a historic and internationally renowned Milanese brand, has also chosen Porto Cervo as its new Italian destination, following its Milan headquarters and international openings from London to Hong Kong. The project stems from the fusion of the brand’s cosmopolitan elegance with Sardinia’s identity: pink granite, the scent of myrtle, and the light of Gallura become an integral part of a refined and contemporary atmosphere. A new destination designed for those seeking signature Italian cuisine in an international setting.
Paper Moon African Queen arrives at Cala di Volpe
The big news at the iconic Hotel Cala di Volpe is African Queen, a new restaurant and beach club overlooking the beach. Founded in 1969 in Beaulieu-sur-Mer on the French Riviera, African Queen is a symbol of the Mediterranean art de vivre, famous for its hearty cuisine and elegant yet informal atmosphere. In Porto Cervo, it will feature some of its most famous dishes, including the Grandma’s Niçoise Salad, the Pizza al Tartufo 1969, the Tomato Tatin, locally caught seafood, and the Giant Camarones, along with new offerings inspired by the flavors of Sardinia.
