On Thursday, August 14, the iconic hotel, symbol of hospitality and excellence on the Costa Smeralda®, will kick off the celebrations with a special evening combining refined gourmet cuisine, the excellence of French Champagne, and the captivating music of Mario Biondi.
The Ferragosto Gala kicks off at sunset with a panoramic aperitif at The Grill restaurant, offering a privileged view of the infinity pool set in the rock and the turquoise waters of the sea. The warm, soulful voice of Mario Biondi provides the musical backdrop for guests throughout the evening, creating a sophisticated and relaxed atmosphere.
This is followed by an exclusive five-course dinner created by the chefs of the Hotel Pitrizza, designed as a culinary journey through the authentic flavors of the Mediterranean and masterfully paired with a selection of Ruinart Champagne, a symbol of elegance and tradition.
